Rome’s Cathedral, founded by Constantine in the 4th Century, has been built and rebuilt many times.
Its present shape dates to the 12th Century and an interior restoration was made by Borromini in 1650.
However, the magnificent facade is the work of Alessandro Galilei and was completed in 1735.
Each image is screen-printed and then details are added by the artist, using gouache.
Paper size is 20" x 26".
